Efthymios P. Bokaris is Assistant Professor, Department of Chemistry, University Ioannina. BsC Chemistry, Univ. of Athens, BsC Chemical Engineering, Univ. of Patras, PhD Chemistry, Univ. of Ioannina, and Sabbatical in Strasbourg, France (CNRS). Current research interests in the field of Industrial Chemistry and History and Epistemology of Chemistry. Works on the reception of new scientific ideas during the Hellenic Enlightenment and alchemy in Byzantium. Senior Researcher in the European research Programme HePHaESTUS. Among his publications are:
